HE Petro Chemical Process Pump
is a kind of horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump according to API610 and VDMA24297 requirement stage A(heavy duty).[ Equivalent to GB/T5656-94 Centrifugal pump technology conditions (classⅡ) and ISO5199(classⅡ)].

Design
Series HE radial split pump is high-degree general, there are 56 specifications of the pump and only nine kinds of bearing suspension, its hydraulic parts and bearing parts are accord with series HA、HF、HU. This ensures the spare parts could have the Minimum inventory. Bearing suspension parts include shaft、impeller、shaft seal and casing cover. They can remove the coupling spacer instead of remove the Import and export flange and motor.
Casing
Casing above DN80 caliber uses double volute and rely support on the center line, with a replaceable wear ring and can flush wear ring. There’s a compressible metal flat gasket between casings and casing cover that use to seal, bracket of pump can be cooling.
Flange
Suction flange Inhaled from level, export flange is vertical. The flange can bear larger nozzle loads. Flange can be performed with GB, DIN, ANSI, suction flange and export flange usually have the same pressure rating.
Hydraulic balance and axial force balance
The larger flange caliber keeps lower velocity, while the impeller and the casing’s design ensure low noise. Single suction radial impeller (N impeller) has a closed channel; according to different specifications can be designed inducer and open type impeller (ZEO).
Replaceable casing and impeller ring use to protect easy worn areas, according to the condition of axial force can rely on the front wear ring or before and after wear ring balance which with a balance hole; the thrust bearing will bear residual axial force.
Bearing and lubrication
Bearing suspension is a whole,bearing use oil lubrication,automatically adjust the oil level by constant level oiler,when the oil level changed,lubricating ring guarantee sufficient lubrication,to prevent inadequate lubrication to cause Local heating.According to the working conditions,bearing suspension can no cold(with radiating rib),water cooling(with cooled jacket)and wind cooling(with fan).Bearing is sealed by mazy dust dish.
Shaft seal
Shaft can use gland packing and mechanical seal, shaft beating within 0.005mm.
Casing cover can be cooling and heat insulation, shaft seal may be filled with coolant, flushing liquid and sealing liquid, standard pipe is designed according to the API program.
The auxiliary interface and the rotation of the pump
The auxiliary interface can be G or ZG thread (Normal design is G thread).
From the drive end of pump is clockwise (CW) direction of rotation.
