Inline pumps are our main products, it is widely used in different areas for waste water, flood water. In 2016, I got an inquiry from an Thailand customer, he wanted a container of inline pump for high building water project. So he bought a sample to test the quality firstly.
After several days, he received the WQ sewage water pump and started to test the quality, he said after he tested the pump then let us know if he will adopt the next purchase plan. During this time, we keep on following his case but get no feedback from him. But we believe our quality and guess he need more time to test the quality and market. One month later, he sent a e-mail with purchase order to us even if some difficult request in this order, but we tried our best to solve it. It takes one week to comfirm all details then we received his deposit.
Then we informed our factory and started to produce all his requested inline water pumps. The pumps are finished as the appointed date, then we sent him the photos of pumps and loading container. He was satisfied with it and paid us the balance payment.
Nowadays, he has finished his project and our pumps works very well as his expectation. He told us he will continue to cooperate with us as long as his another new project settled.
