FAQQ1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are factory specialized in three phase induction ac electric motors.
Q2: Do you do OEM service?
A: Yes, OEM service is available. We can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
However, customized design requires some extra expense.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it takes 5-7 days if the goods are in stock.
Or it takes 10-20 days if the goods are not in stock which is according to quantity.
Let’s say that our monthly production capacity is around 2000pcs per production line.
Q4: Do you have any kind of quality control system?
A: We have a strict QC system with testing machines for each batch.
We do 100% test before delivery.
Q5: Can I have a sample order for electric motor? Can the sample be free?
A: Yes, sample orders are welcomed to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Owing to the high value of electric motor, you are expected to pay the sample charge and airfreight.
