Application
Pumps of type SH are double suction centrifugal pumps, which are used for transport clean liquid without solid particles and temperature shall not exceed 80 ° C. This pump transports liquid flux Q range from 112 to 6460 m3 /hour. Pump’s total head range from 9 meters to 135 meters.
The pumps have the characters of high efficiency, excellent capitation, long service life and steady operation.
Structure
Pumps body of type SH is level-medium open type. Impeller has single grade and double grade. Pumps’ suction pipe and spit tube casting together with below half of the pump body. Pump’s rotor is favor of check pump easier and doesn’t need remove piping and motor.
Transmission
Through the flexible coupling driving pumps by motor, Viewed from the driving end pump, the pump rotates according to counter-clockwise.
Shaft seal
Pump adopts the soft packing seal. There is a change of collar in the shaft seal place.
Bearing and balance device
Bearing body mounted on both ends of the pump shaft. Axial force balanced by double suction impeller. Residual axial force balanced by rolling bearing. Scroll shaft lubricated with grease. Sliding bearing lubricated with thin oil.
Starting, stop and operation
Starting and stop:
1. Before starting, rotor which turned the pump should lightly and evenly.
2. Close to the water gate valves. Water the pump. Ensure that the pump with full water without air nest deposit.
3.If pump equipped with Double suction centrifugal pump clean water pump of type SH table or pressure gauge, close the cock connected with the pump then motor starting again. Try to open again when speed to normal then open outlet gate valves gradually. If flow rate is too big, pass small gate valves proper can be adjusted. On the contrary, when flow rate is too small, open big gate valves.
4. Pressure nut on the packing gland should be tightened evenly, then liquid could drip leakage. Meanwhile note the temperature of packing chamber place.
5. When to stop the pump running; turn off the Double suction centrifugal pump clean water pump of type SH table and pressure gauge cock and the pipe road of gate, then closed motor power. If environment temperature is lower, should open sifang ROM plug under pump body and drop remnant water so as to frozen and burst.
6. If use long time, pump should be apart and dry the water on parts. Grease machined surface and preservation good.
Operation:
1. The highest temperature of pump bearing should not more than 75°C.
2. The quantity of calcium base butter of lubrication bearing is 1/3-1/2 compared with bearing body.
3. When packing abrades, you should press the packing gland proper. If abrade serious, please change it.
4. Inspecting flexible coupling components regular and noticing motor bearing temperature.
5. During the running, if you discover the noise or other unusual sound, stop the pump immediately and check the reason then eliminate it.
6. Don’t improve pump rotation speed optional, but you can reduce speed.
