Sewage Pump overview
a) Its unique single-vane or double-vane impeller structure contributes much to pollutant handling
capacity. It enables to effectively deliver fibers 5 times of pump caliber and solid granules of
diameter at 50% of pump caliber;
b) Its mechanical seal uses late-model corrosion-resistant carbon tungsten hard alloy. In addition,
seal is upgraded to double-end sealing forlong-term operation in oil chamber and safe service
of continuouslymore than 8,000hours.
c) Compact overall structure, small volume, low noise, distinctive energysaving, easy maintenance,
no need for a pump room, service whilebeing put into water, and low construction cost.
d) The sealed oil chamber ofthis pump is provided with highprecision anti-interference water leakage
detection sensor. That is to say,athermosensitive element is pre-embedded inside stator windings
to effect full protection to pump motor.
e) A full automatic safety protection control cabinet is available if required to fully prevent pump from
water leakage, electric leakage, over load and excessive temperature and so on. In this way, the safety
and reliability is greatly enhanced.

2) Double mechanical seal made of hard anticorrosive tungsten carbide, which is durable & wear resistant.
3) Oily water probe in the oil chamber, ensuring the safety of pump when mechanical seal worn after long using.
4) Float switch is functioned to automatically control the start and stop of pump according to the water level .
5) Control panel can be fitted to monitor water leakage, overload & over-temperature, which ensures the
safety of pump.
6) Fixed automatic coupling installation or movable installation available.
