1 Structure suitable for dredging ship:
1-1) 200ZN-500ZN models sand pumps are single-casing. The lubrication for the bracket is thin oil.
1-2) 600ZN-1000ZN models sand pumps are double-casing. The lubrication is forced thin oil.
2 Easy to disassembly & installation, convenient maintenance:
2-1) ZN series sand pump adopts front-disassembly structure.
2-2) It is equipped with special disassembly tools for different part according to part’s features.
3 Good performance on NPSH:
ZN sand pump ensures the strong suction ability, deeper dredging depth and high concentration.

ZN series sand pump wet parts are adapted anti-wear cast iron alloy. The hardness is more than
58HRC, who has both strong anti-attack feature and higher resistance abrasion features.
Pump Application
1. The ZN sand pumps are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries
which contain too big solids to be pumped by a common pump. Such as dredging, suck gravel in the
dredger, suck gravel in the course of rivers or lakes,delivering slurries in mining, explosive sludge in
metal smelting.( Type ZNH sand pumps are of high-head ones )
2. ZN sand pump machine are widely used to dredger and dam in the rivers, ports and wharf over our country,
