ERW steel pipe production line
Introduction:
This line is used for producing high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe by material of cold/hot-rolled coil etc. It could be used at the metallurgy, construction, transportation, machinery, automobile industry.
Applicable material:
(1) Low-carbon steel, hot or cold-rolled steel strip (As per GB700-88 or GB1591-88)
(2) Low-carbon steel, low alloy steelδs≤345Mpa,δb≤610Mpa

(1) Every gear box will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.
(2) Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.
(3) Every roller will be checked to make sure its in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
