W11 W12 Series 3/4 Roller Hydraulic Rolling Machine
This Bending Machine is a symmetrical up-adjusting 3/4-roller Plate Bending Machine, which is used for bending the metal sheet with a certain thickness under normal temperature into cylinder-shaped, arc-shaped parts. And it is essential manufacturing equipment of chemical industry, cement, shipbuilding, boilers, water industry and other equipment production industry.
W11/12 Series 3/4-roller symmetrical rolling machine/bending achine/mechanical rolling machine adopts 3-roller symmetrical structure with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers, which is achived through the drive of the screw,the nut,the worm and the lead screw,the two lower rollers rotators,and provides the plate materials with torque through the engament of the output gear of the moderator with the gear of the lower rollers.The disvantages of the machine is that the ends of the plate materials need to have the help from other equipment for pre-bending.
