W24S-30 angle roll is a 3-roll profile bending machine designed by Juli for bending various types of profiles including angle steels, channel steels, I-steels, flat steels, round bars, round steel pipes, square steel pipes, and others. It is able to bend them into round, arc, spiral, oval, flange and other shapes. This angle roll is an efficient, energy and material saving section rolling machine for machinery manufacturing, petrochemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, steel construction and building industries.
Features of the Angle Roll
1. Three rollers are driven individually and hydraulically, so the roll bender can realize symmetrical and non-symmetrical bending and can pre-bend section's end.
2. Driven by four hydraulic cylinders,ensuring a capability to prevent deformation of bended profiles
3. Each of the angle rolls comes with an industrial grade control panel where all machine movement can be controlled
4.It allows horizontal and vertical operations to maximally match customer's needs
5.Control panel of the section bender provides digital readouts for lower rolls positions, with ±0.2mm accuracy.
6.Tooling can be tailored according to customers' section size. They feature surface hardening treatments, ensuring exceptional wear resistance.
