Cutting The Material
our workers cut the raw steel according to the production control plan which is made by our professional technical staffs.
Perforating
Pouring workshop heating inclined furnace, according to the steel grade steel tube, using different heating temperature and heating time for production. Punch unit includes 50 enhanced automatic punching machine and one 40 automatic punching machine, to meet a variety of wear specifications
Acid pickling,phosphating and saponification
By controlling the acid tank temperature and concentration, control the quality of the product during the pickling process;
By controlling the concentration, temperature and freeness of the phosphorus cylinder, the surface quality after phosphating can be controlled.
By controlling the saponification tank temperature and freeness, fatty acid content, control saponification of product quality.
Cold drawn or cold rolled

Heat treatment
