Profile bending machine is a new kind of bending equipment which is introduced from Italy technology by our company, by changing different mold, this machine can bend various kind of steel profile such as angel steel, channel steel, joist steel, flat steel, square steel and round steel. This machine can complete circle-rolling and circle-checking procedures at one time which are widely used in oil industry, chemical industry, hydropower, shipbuilding industry and machinery manufacture industry.
Three work roll are major pinch roll, two side roll can make arc vertical movement around fixed center of gyration, There are roll-lift device on the both sides of work roll which can assure the quality of asymmetry section bending profile. This machine is advanced profile equipment currently at home and abroad with advance structure and reliableoperation. Advance structural general or special mold can be configured by the machine, this machine is with convenient operation, high efficiency and great popularity.
Main structure and work principle
The device is the 3-roller arc-adjustment profile bending machine, it with pre-bend function. And it composed of the base body,sides rollers,support rollers,drive part,electrical part,hydraulic part,mold and so on.
The 3 work rollers are the main driven rollers, and driven them by the hydraulic motor, to realize the lift movement of the 2 bottom rollers as hydraulic movement, the 2 bottom rollers done arc lift movement around the fixed rotation center. On the both sides of the work rollers with support rollers and correct-guide rollers, so them help to assure quality when bend asymmetrical profile (like as angle)

There are 2 movements of the support rollers: 1) lift movement; 2) rotate movement, to ensure the profile roll-bent quality. Figure display the lift movement of the 2 bottom rollers, it is visible and intuitive. This device installed an independent control table, easy to operate. The body of the device use steel sheet weld construct, and it to release inner intension by annealing treatment. The overall device with enough strength and rigidity, can to meet the bending of profile in the range of the device ability, change mould by user’s different requirement, then can to bend angle, flat bar, square steel, channel iron, I-steel, round steel, pipe and so on.
