XBD-MDG single-stage single-suction fire pump is used transport clear water containing no solid particles and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties as water. It is mainly used for the pressurization and water supply of the fire system as well as for the water supply and drainage of factories and mines. The flow range of transported liquid is l.0-400US, pressure range 0.1-1.6MPa, related power range 075-250kW and diameter range 25-500mm.
The performance and technical conditions of our XBD-MDG series fire pump conforms to the requirements by GB6245-2006 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps released by the state lately. It has passed the test of China National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision Center and gained the approval certificate of fire control product of Shanghai.

Structural Specifications:
XBD-MDG single-stage single-suction fire pump consists of two parts: motor and pump. The pump is coaxial with the motor. The pump structure consists of such parts as body, impeller, bonnet and mechanical seal. Both pump inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, thus being very easy for assembly and disassembly as well as being space-effective. The pump is provided with a mounting base to facilitate the mounting and increase its operational stability. The pump seal adopts the mechanical seal, featured by reliable seal and no leakage. The pump’s axial force is balanced by the balancing ring of the impeller. The flanges of the pump’s inlet and outlet are designed as per the pressure 1.6MPa, easy for fitting the pipeline.
Usage:
XBD-MDG fire pump is mainly used for the pressurization and water supply of the fire system. It's also applicable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurization and water supply for high-rise, long-distance water supply, pressurization of cold and hot water circulation for heating, bathroom and boiler, water supply of air-conditioning refrigeration system, fittings for equipment and so on.
