Summary
Single stage and single suction pipeline centrifugal pump of type ISG series are designed by domestic pump
experts and our technical personnel with domestic excellent hydraulic model, and adopt centrifugal pump
performance parameters of type IS based on vertical pump design.
At the same time, we derived the pumps suitable for hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pump,
oil pump on the base of type ISG according to the difference of temperature and medium.
The series of products have a lot of advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, etc.
It accords with the latest standards of the State Ministry of Machinery JB/T53058-93 requirements. The product is made according to the international ISO2858 standard.
Our pump passed the national machinery industry inspection of the pipeline pump in 1993.
Characteristics
The pump is vertical structure, and import caliber equal to export*s and located in the same center line and
installed in the pipeline as the valve. The appearance of the pump is compact and beautiful. It is low construction
investment with small size. It can be placed outdoor with shield.
The impeller installs in extension of the motor shaft directly. The axial dimension is short, compact structure,
reasonable allocation of pump and motor shaft. It can effectively balance radial and axial load when pump
operates, thus it ensures the operation smoothly of the pump, and it is low vibration noise.
Shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or combination of mechanical seal. The material of mechanical seal ring
adopt import titanium alloy, and mechanical seal is mediumsized high temperature resistant and carbide material.
Thus it can effectively increase the mechanical seal life.The pump is easy installation and maintenance, and
without open pipeline system. Spare all rotor components only need to unloaded couplet seat nut of the pump.
Users adopt pump series connection and parallel connection operation mode according to the requirements
that flow rate and head.
Users install vertical or horizontal pump type according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
Application
Vertical pipeline centrifugal pump of type ISG is used for transporting clean water or other liquid that physical
and chemical properties are similar with clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and
drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise constructions, garden irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transport, HVAC refrigeration cycle. The temperature of cold and hot water circulation pressurization
and equipment supporting such as bathrooms is less than 80°C.
Vertical hot water (heat) circulation pump of type IRG (GRG) is widely used in boiler circulation pressurization
conveying high temperature hot water and urban heating system cycle with pump such as energy, metallurgy,
chemicals, textiles, paper, and hotels, etc. The temperature of type IRG is less than 120°C and GRG is less than 240°C.
Pumps of type IHG are vertical pipeline chemical pumps, which are applicable to transport liquid that no solid
particles, corrosive, viscosity similar to water for departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power,
paper, food sectors, etc. The temperature is -20°C~+120°C.
Pumps of type YG are vertical pipeline oil pumps, which are applicable to transport diesel, gasoline and other
petroleum products. The temperature of being transported is -20°C~+120°C.
