DM(R) series marine sea water centrifugal slurry pump
Delin DM(R) Series Slurry Pump used in Sugar Beet Industry is designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, high density slurries with minimal maintenance requirements. The DM(R) series will maintain high efficiencies over the wear life of its components.
Main Features
1.DM(R) series slurry pump is designed with double casing.
2. High efficiency, wear-resistance, stable performance and total interchangeability are main features of this series horizontal pump.
3. The material of liner and impeller adopts wear-resistant metal or rubber for our horizontal pump.
4. Discharge branch can be positioned at 8 different positions at intervals of 45°.
5. Similar to our other series horizontal pump, DM(R) series slurry pump can also be installed in multistage design, and driven by belt or direct coupling.
6. The seal of shaft can adopt gland seal, expeller seal or mechanical seal.
7. The pump should rotate clockwise viewing from driving end.

Materials testing: testing equipment for materials: the metallographic structure, processing of spare parts, machine assembling, and for product performance can be done by inspection instrument for materials analysis and testing, like shock tester for tenacity, universal strength tester, peel force tester, and measuring instruments and like inspection tools for special use and universal use. Besides that, we have built professional testing platform for the testing of products like plumps.
Performance testing for products: Delin owns the biggest water test base for slurry plump in North China. The product performance will be tested before delivery, which can ensure the reliability and quiality of our products.
Production equipment: We have a series of production equipment including planomiller, vertical lathe, drilling machine, movable mixer, sand preparing machine, melting furnace, thermal treatment furnace, etc.
