Technology process
It is made through continuous mills in the following way: first, galvanized steel baseplate and aluminized zinc silicon baseplate will go through surface pretreatment (degreasing); then the plate with be coated with a layer or layers of liquid coating through roll coating method; in the end, the plate will go through roasting and cooling processes. Usually coated plate is called color-coated steel plate, because its surface can be coated in different colors. When organic coating is coated on surface of hot-galvanized steel plate and hot aluminized zinc silicon plate, we will get color hot-galvanized steel plate and color hot-aluminized zinc silicon plate.
