Hot galvanizing is formed after the cold-rolled strip steel is flattened and annealed firstly and
then enters to the continuous hot dip galvanizing unit, after a series of processes, the surface
be hot dip galvanized. The steel plate surface is of good corrosion resistance after being
galvanized, it features high intensity and easy processing.
Pre-painted Steel Sheet
Color coated plate generally refers to a product formed by coating(roller coating)the surface
of the base plate firstly with paint or pasting it with organic film, then bake them later.
Its final product could be made through deep processing.
Color coated plate is excellent in the performance of decorative, forming, anti corrosion,
strong adhesive force the coating, as well as keeping the color fresh for a long period of time.
