With a year of buildup, commissioning & testing, this Oct (2015) we saw the 1stpiece of HID TMSheet came out of our auto production line and was made into the 1stHID TM RO Membrane.
By the end of 2016, the second flat sheet line with updated design & automation has been in operation from June, thus making the total flat sheet output to 20000 square meters per day. HID quality flat sheet not only serve HID RO membrane, but to be supplied to other customers worldwide!

The RO membrane acts as a barrier to all dissolved salts and inorganic molecules, as well as organic molecules with a molecular weight greater than approximately 100. Water molecules, on the other hand, pass freely through the membrane creating a purified product stream. Rejection of dissolved salts is typically 95% to greater than 98%. The applications for RO are numerous and varied, and include desalination of sea water or brackish water for drinking purposes, wastewater recovery, food and beverage processing, biomedical separations, purification of home drinking water and industrial process water.
