How to use
Installation:
After preparing some glycerin, fixed tools, gloves and other protective equipment, please rinse and clean the pre-treatment (such as quartz sand filter and activated carbon filter) SDI15<5
Then, check whether there is no sludge, oil or any metal debris in the upstream pipes of Reverse Osmosis. Flush and clean the upstream pipes, the pressure vessels and the high pressure pipes.
Tear off the packing bag and do not move the trademarks and the blue package. Smear a small amount of lubricant at the part of the sealing ring. The end with two small seal rings head into the shell. Screw on the lid and fasten it. Connect the pipe.
Storage:
1/ Of Uninstalled modules
The modules should be stored in wetting conditions. Please, do not pierce the plastic bags in case of the opening and the checking of the quantity, and store it until its use.
Storage in a ventilated area and protected from direct sunlight with an ambient temperature of 10°C is recommended. The ambient temperature should be under 35°C.
Freezing will damage the performance of the module and its construction, insulation measures should be taken to prevent it.
2/ Of modules installed on a skid
The modules installed should be storaged in a gloom place with a temperature under 35°C, and protected from direct sunlight.
